question: the rapid fire bug. is it affected by ping/latency?

i have been doing the doomsday heist with my friends

i am the only one that lags due to wifi problems

and i am the ONLY one that is affected by the rapid fire bug

so me and my friends are wondering is it caused by bad wifi?

its been really annoying having the bug only affect me out of my group
