Gentle moisturizers and toners

Hi, I bought the Fresh Skinlab 0.1 Retinol Toner/Serum and their moisturizer a few weeks ago. I didn't know that retinol had a purging phase so I tried it out without thinking too much of it.

I don't really need retinol cause my skin was already fine beforehand, but now my face is breaking out so I'd like to ask for some suggestions on affordable gentle moisturizers and toners to help recover my skin.
