That rare one day of surprising normalcy

Type 2

Type 2 here, on 1000mg of metformin x 2. I sure wish I could somehow duplicate a day just like yesterday. Every so often, maybe once a month, I have a day where my glucose metabolism works perfectly like a well oiled machine. Unlike all the other days where any high load of processed carbs will push me above 250.

I'm cluless as to why it happens but on these rare days I can essentially eat almost anything I want and my blood sugar levels will stay within my normal range. It's so unbelievable that I will check my readings with finger sticks multiple times to compare them with my Libre 3 plus and they will check out.
