26M looking for roommate

Looking to move end of June, can push it out a little further if need be. I am open to living with a male, female, or anything in between.

Budget: 3k, but would like to keep it around 2.5k Neighborhoods: pretty much open to anywhere that can get to midtown within 30mins, strong preference for a place close to a park. I'n currently in bushwick Unit requirements: 2 bed 2 bath, lots of sunlight, laundry in building preferred, good closet space

I have a pet beagle, who sheds a moderate amount. He's very friendly and well behaved. I am a very clean person and vaccuum every day. If you also have a dog that would be amazing.

Would be awesome if we had similar diet and shared groceries - I love cooking and always happy to cook a little extra for you, but this is not a requirement

Lifestyle-wise, I'm very quiet, clean, play guitar & bass (with headphones on), enjoy watching movies and gaming, working out, playing soccer, skiing, golfing. I like to have people over very occasionally. I work from home mostly but go into office a couple times a week.
