What’s some of the weirdest triggers you’ve found to cause a seizure?

Hiii I hope everyone is having a chill afternoon. I just wanna see if anyone has some silly ones like I do. I have JME and generalized TCE.
When it comes to the myoclonic…Trying to learn choreography or TikTok dances lol, I immediately start having cluster attacks of them. It’s just the weirdest. I like cannot double task when it comes to my motor skills. I can’t dance anyways but silly things like coordination. Or if I try focusing on more than one thing my body says no. My brain just outta nowhere malfunctions and I’m like wtf we just got here how are you overstimulated already?! Anyways I’d love to hear what you all say :)
