Can ChatGPT free version actually send a pdf file?

So I asked chat to summarize my notes (which are around 40 pages long) add some mind maps and graphs and send me a pdf file out of it. He said it's gonna be ready soon and when I asked when, he replied "2-3 hours". It kind of seems like bullshit to me that he's actually gonna come back and send it to me? I'm not an expert and I don't want to wait for nothing, so that's why I need ur advice!
