Pet Peeves (USA)

Most of these come from Drive Thru cause I work overnights at a 24/7 location and that’s where most customer interaction happens

1. “Thank you for choosing McDonalds, are you using the mobile app tonight?” “No” “Alright what can I get started for you?” “My code is…” (SO WHY DID YOU SAY NO WHERE DID THE CODE COME FROM MF)
2. When I’m willing to wait during a rush for the line to move and when it finally does the car waits like 2 seconds for me to show up and if I’m not at the window they just drive past
3. When I’m on front drive, hand them their order, and they ask for ketchup - it’s ALWAYS ketchup…ASK FOR IT WHEN YOU ORDER
4. When Grill 2 (it’s always grill 2 for some reason) keeps switching to “settings” mode or whatever, so any time I drop 10:1 I have to switch it over
5. When my regional manager’s on shift and she makes me park someone if their order takes more than 15 seconds (she once told me to park someone as runner was handing me their order…i didn’t, she got mad)
