TPD application delayed since 12/19

I have been stuck "in review" or "pending final approval" since Nelnet was handling the applications. I've spoken to so many people at student aid . Gov to no avail. It's been past 120 days. They just say it's processing . I've put in complaints and everything. I am upset because each day that goes by interest is just piling up. Has anyone else had delays in their application?
