Borderlands 4

I am going to get borderlands 4 but I don't know what system to get it on. I have pc and ps5 but I would like to get it on oc since I won't have to pay for ps5 online but 80 a year isn't bad compared to xbox. Would I be able to play borderlands 4 on pc with my i7 1400kf,3060ti and 32 gb ram?
