Unemployed - how are you earning money?

I (US/Minnesota/ f53) just requested my second to last unemployment payment. I’m not sure how I’m going to make ends meet once that runs out. Do gig jobs like grocery or restaurant delivery pay enough? My career has been in marketing at big healthcare companies and I haven’t gotten even a cursory interview in weeks. I applied at local department store but got turned down. I can’t even get a call from grocery stores where I’ve put in applications. How are those of you who are unemployed earning money? I’m getting really scared.
