Transfer Housing UCB

I am continuing transfer student at Cal, we have 2 double rooms open at my apartment that we would preferably like to fill with transfers! My apartment is on Southside of campus, about four blocks. The rent is around $725, utilities around $15-20, and the deposit is $230. I love this place, it's a hidden gem, affordable and close to campus and I want to share opportunity with other Transfers.
