I'm having dreams daily recently but can't seem to go lucid

I had few LDs before first one was around 2023 before lucid dreaming i set my intention that I'm going to be away I'm dreaming it worked but recently I'm dreaming every single day some dreams i can remember and some i don't..

Tho i can't seem to go lucid my dreams feels very much out of control like it feels real.
