Is this abuse? My (32M) gf (33F) cusses me out while she's drunk.

Hi all, I was told to post this in this subreddit. I'll try to make this brief.

My gf and I have been having problems in the relationship lately (together for about 1.7 yrs). Mainly me having issues with how she acts towards me. The past weekend we got into huge argument at a concert. She was getting pretty drunk (and I could tell) and was trying to wander around by herself and I was trying to get her to slow down and come hangout with the friend group.

Anyway, long story short, she got really upset with me saying that I was holding her back from having fun and told me "fuck you, go fuck off." That really upset me as I have told her I didn't like that she essentially cusses me out. She's done this before a few other times, especially when she's pretty drunk.

She claims that the majority of times when we argue she isn't swearing at me (which is true) and that she only cusses at me when she's drunk which is a small amount of times compared to all other arguments. For some reason I get really bothered by the swearing though, regardless if she's drunk, and it makes me see her differently now (like she's given me the 'ick').

What's the best way to handle this? Is this even a big deal for people to call it quits over? Or, is this even considered abuse since it doesn't happen all the time? We are in couples therapy rn actively working on it, but i fear that I've emotionally removed myself from the relationship now.

TL;DR gf cusses me out mainly while she's drunk and it really bothers me to the point I see her differently. Am I valid to feel like this? Do other people just do not think it's a deal breaker?

Edit: She says that ppl swear all the time when their drunk and that her friends know how to handle her like that and vice versa and that I'm the only one who she's ever had a problem with this.
