Why is the funny urinal blow my peenor around?

Hello people of reddit, i have a question today. So i went to a modern bathroom and i saw a funny looking urinal at the entrance. I thought it looked cool and it was very convenient. This technology would have been incredible if not for what i assume was a malfunction. The people in this city must be pretty tall as i had to tip toe quite a bit to stick my peenor into the gap. However, as i started to piss, the damn machine started to glow blue, and then my peenor started flinging around from air that was jetting out as the piss sprayed everywhere. I didnt know what to do and the entire bathroom was soaked by the end of it all. I tried to wipe, throwing my tissue into it after i was done, however the tissue flew right into my face. I called the mall staff to report the malfunction, but all he said on the line was 'what the fuck? Stop prank calling!' And hung up. Who should i report this to? Any thoughts?
