Coming to a stop once foot is lifted off gas

I’m sure this has come up here before and I tried to search for it but no luck. Last week I must have accidentally changed a setting in my 2024 Grand Highlander XLE. Now every time I’m driving when I take my foot off the gas I immediately drastically slow down almost coming to a complete stop. This happens in either eco, normal, or sports mode. I cannot figure out what would cause this change.
