USAJOBS: Adding online course certificate

I would like to add a significant online course(Industrial  Certificate, hundreds of hours spent on the course) in USAJOBS Education section, which asks me to provide Postal Code/City/State. But it is online course offered through coursera

How can I skip the required information Postal Code/City/State?
