Help needed by someone smarter than I at modding.

I found a head on Nexus that I absolutely adore as I think it fits my tav very well, and the personality I have in mind for them. There’s however a single issue- it isn’t available for Drow! Is there any way to edit the head (as permission has been given to all on the mod’s page) or the like so that it is? I know absolutely nothing about modding, so while this is probably the simplest thing ever to some, to someone like me it is a Herculean task. Any help on how to do this, or favors, would be appreciated!

For reference, the head is ‘Valen Head Preset’. Not sure if I can link things here.
