Valves doing strange things..

I just recently redid my valves for my drip system. They are the Rain Bird valves with flow control.

The issue is when I turn on zone 4 it works. When I turn on zone 5 or 6, they don't turn on, but it turns on zone 4. What is wrong?

Could my valves maybe not be level? Could that cause the problem? I know they are wired properly because I wired them the exact same way I have always wired them. Maybe a bad connection on the wires? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
