For people who received Laser surgery for treating Diabetic Retinopathy and experienced a "scotoma" afterwards (permanent blind spot in your center of vision): does it limit your ability to see TV or read books?
I would think it would since the center of your vision is where you focus your attention. Or am I wrong? Can you focus your attention to the left and right of your central vision?
