Client asking for me to resend a DR video

I’ve just had a client who bought a dick rate video over telegram reach out to me and ask if I could resend the video. My Telegram deletes all conversations after 24 hours and I tell all of my customers that they need to save the video to their device if they don’t want lose it, I’ve explained that I don’t even know which video it was as I have made a few. I don’t know how long ago it was. Am I an ass hole for basically refusing? Should I ask for more information? He literally would have paid like £20
