Would a coldsore disappear when pressed/under glass test?

Hi guys,

I have a small baby and want to check if I have a coldsore or not. Never had one before and questioning if it's a spot or coldsore. Wondering, if you were to press on a coldsore would it disappear? Like the glass test with other rashes? Or would you still see it?

Would it hurt?
