AP regen as ghoul is bugged (I think)

Hi guys, I started a new character to play as a melee ghoul and it's lretty funny! Only thing is, AP regen has always been weird, I've used rank 3 action girl, rank 3 action ghoul and packin' light and it felt soooo slow. I timed it and it was like 10.5 seconds. Even though I'm a carnivore I tried drinking company tea (so only 10% AP regen) and suddenly it was soooo fast. Timed it and was 4.5 seconds. So I'm pretty sure that something in the perk cards is broken and the company tea buff temporarily fixes it, but please fix this bug since I can't depend on robbing other player's tea lol
