Ram to go with 9 9900x on x870 MB.

Ok folks,

I've been running 4x16GB DDR5 6400MHZ CL30'S for the last few months without an issue. All of a sudden I am getting bluescreen now after testing with TM5(I don't think it caused it). I'd like 64GB again, but probably at 6000mhz and CL30'S 2x16GB. Thoughts?
