Irregular periods

Hello! My husband, (30) and I (28), have been trying to get pregnant for about 7 months now. All tests have been negative and I have gone through every emotion I have. I have irregular periods and it has been very difficult to track making it even more difficult and frustrating to track my ovulation. I have an appointment with a gynecologist in June for this but it feels like forever from now.

I feel like I am going crazy with all the symptom spotting I have been uncontrollably obsessing about. Currently I have not bled for the past month, I have had bouts of nausea (not enough to throw up), I feel like my mood has been up and down, my nipples have been sensitive for the past 11 days now and my breasts have been sore for about 4 days. It is very frustrating because every time I google another symptom it always says it could be either pregnancy,ovulation, or my period. Does anyone else go through these bouts of frustration?
