Needs Attention Verify Passort

I keep seeing “Needs Attention: Verify Passport” on my upcoming reservation even though I’ve successfully scanned my passport (twice). When I click on the link, I get a big green box saying I’m Delta FlyReady. My passport info is saved to my profile. This happened last month flying to London- couldn’t get a boarding pass without going extra early to Delta counter to verify my passport. She seemed confused as to why I had to check in saying I was already FlyReady. Am I doing something wrong?
