any good ways to trim a PMDG Boeing 737-800????

I have yet found a good way to trim any aircraft in MSFS2020 with nothing close to how well FSW does it.

Maybe its a setting in sensitivity but I have not read any or see anyone with a great trim tip! I am now trying the 737 and using the airbus joystick and obviously no trim tabs on the joystick. The black buttons on the bottom are ery bad and not good fro trimming . i spend the entire flight controling the dive down or the skyrocket upward and its not real flying. This si the same for all MSFS 2020 aircraft. I have tried different methods for trimming and none have really worked. I don't know why I am not hearing anyone else crying about this issue????I can't even get a C-172 to go straight and level??? any real answers on this subject would be great. its such a dream to fly FSX and have great trimming in most all aircraft. If you have settings in sensitivity and that is the answer I woud love to see them...very little info on this subject. Thanks
