Pulling for escoffier or kazuha?

Hi im mainly looking for tips on who would fit my team better.

So i'm mainly looking for help when it comes to my neuvilette team. I have neuvi and furina and im debating putting a kazuha or escoffier on the team. With escoffier i would have to put another cryo on there, but with kazuha i can have more flexibility. Im currently running Neuvi, furina and xilonen. However xilonen will be for my mauvika team that is lacking citlali. I would probably run something like layla for a shielder with neuvi escoffier.

But yeah need help with what fits me better! (only been playing since the end of mualani's release)
