A movie I saw that had a unique monster

I saw this movie a little over a decade ago on FX. I only saw the tail end of it but essentially this alien was disguised as a high school girl and it was either infecting or mind controlling a lot of the students. She eventually transforms and chases the main protagonist under some bleachers and he kills it by making the bleachers close in on her and crush her.
