Small actions of resistance and solidarity

I'm not good at direct confrontation (I get angry and aggressive, which turns people away even when it's justified) so I'm trying to think of low-key ways to say "I'm here" in my work environment. (I'm in tech, and I mostly work from home)

One that's come into my head, and I'm trying to think of the downsides, is to swap my icon on all work teams/github/etc... to a pink triangle on black. The downwards pointing one. I basically never turn my camera on, so it's my "face" as far as everyone I work with is concerned.

Outside of all the shit that comes with outing myself, what else could go wrong?
