once accutane ends?

i’ve had hormonal acne for years and have been on 20mg for 3 months and 30mg for the last 2 ish months and it has worked absolute wonders for me. i’m so scared to stop because i don’t want my acne to come back especially since ive not had a breakout in months. has anyone with hormonal acne who has been on accutane had it come back once you stopped? i’m really concerned bc if thats the case i don’t even want to stop but i don’t even know if thats an option for me
