Drive semi-truck, space is limited, need small pc build

It has been quite a while since I've built my last pc and I'm looking for some advice. Just like the title says; I'm looking for a relatively small build that I can set in a corner of my sleeper and play games/watch tv on. It doesn't need to be top of the line; but the ability to play GTA V at 60fps/4k (for example) would be great. The only other must have is a LOT of storage space, as I only go home every other month or so.
