Not just Dream locations?

I know our whole thing is focusing on recurring and familiar dream locations but what about structures, items, and people. For instance has anyone ever seen any of the following.

A small statue of Liberty (about the size of an average person), a white animal that's like a hybrid of a dog/cat/fox, creepy robot porcelain dolls with remotes, a swampy fountain with mucky water and tropical type plants, a big stuffed dolphin with a rosary, a hellhound, a muscular girl with purple hair, a punk girl blue hair black shaved sides blue choker neck scarf

I feel like if we all see these malls we would see similar people, items and structures too right?
