Should I create another YouTube channel for my podcast?
Okay, this is going to be a little complicated, which is why I'm asking what the best thing to do here would.
I started my channel way back in 2011. The main niche for the channel was album reviews. I would review new albums that came out, and I did that for about four years or so. In 2015, I decided I didn't want to do YouTube anymore. In 2021, I decided I wanted to come back and do a podcast using the same name as my YouTube channel. This time we're reviewing classic albums.
For the past year or so, we've been publishing podcast episodes to our YouTube channel via RSS since Google Podcasts is no more.
Well, I decided I wanted to start doing videos again. In January I started collecting vinyl records and I wanted to make videos reviewing my vinyl collection. From my videos before, and the podcast the channel is twenty away from hitting 2000 subscribers.
I'm just wondering if it would make sense to move the podcast over to its own dedicated channel, or if I should keep everything on one channel? Keep in mind the podcast is audio-only and it's just a still image with audio.
