Everett railroad questions

So I have several questions about Everett railroad; -what is it like to work there? Is the pay good, how are the working conditions? -what kind of customers do they have along the line, and how many carloads per year do they move? -would it be worth it, if possible, to work on Everett versus, say NS or CSX Thanks
