Anybody else get 2-3 latency surges per game? Gameplay was silky smooth prior to the weekend.

At least 2-3 times per game I get huge latency spikes that last about 5 seconds. It doesn't seem a lot, but that is an eternity to be unable to control anything and the amount of times I've conceded is insane. Gameplay was as good as I've had it up until Friday afternoon and now I'm getting this issue every single game. Anyone else in the same boat?
