Nerve / muscle pain even after stopping?
So i came off spiro probably about a month and a half ago now, mainly because i diddnt like the side effects it was giving me and my skin had cleared up. My skin has stayed clear thankfully, got some of the common effects from stopping like greasier hair etc. However one of the main reasons i stopped was because i started getting weird shooting pains in random places, arms, legs, hands, chest, just randomly for a couple seconds maybe once or twice a day and it worried me, so i stopped the medication. Since i stopped, it's almost as if this has got worse. it stayed the same for the first month, but as of the last 3 ish weeks ive had occasions where ive had horrible almost like sciatica pain shooting down my leg (i don't nor have ever had sciatica or back pain), calf cramping, hand cramping, tingly toes, and even both thighs in deep crampy pain/achey pain. I had very MINOR circulation issues prior to ever being on spiro, occasional hand cramps, cold extremities and easy to get pins and needles when sat crossed legged and some reynauds like symptoms on and off. but never anything like this!! i'm really concerned, i rang the GP yesterday and she said it would be good to get folate/B12 checked and even screen for diabetes? which is so scary because i don't have a poor lifestyle, in fact a very average and potentially a bit healthier diet wise for a 20 year old uni student. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms and in a similar time frame? even after coming off? because if it's due to spiro i'd hope eventually it would ease off etc. Any help greatly appreciated!! :)
