End of relationship, partner wants me to move out. What are my rights here? CA-SF

Location: California - SF

Im in the middle of trying to talk to a legal professional, but advise would be appreciated.

We have lived in our apartment for a multiple years, currently just going month to month.

We both independently can meet the requirements.

I am out of the country until May 17th and then I’m supposed to be going away for work the 21st for a full week. Part work in different office and part event over the long weekend. I don’t want to change these things.

What are my rights here? How much time can I legally take to move out?
