Plane crash survival love story?

Plane crashes, two of the survivors fall in love. I believe he is rich and it turns out the entire “crash” was fake and it was all a setup? They end up in love and leaving together. I almost feel like there’s a second follow up book as well but not sure. I went through my library to see if anything jumped out. It’s definitely not “does it hurt” or “the island” it could possibly be “the missing” but after reading a few spoiler post I’m not sure. Help!
