Leveling in Radical Trainers

I'm kinda new with the radical trainers stuff. I just don't know how to raise the level cap, I've watched a video that is linked in the mod's description in modrinth. The video says I have to search for a name in red or with rare symbols but there isn't one. It also says there's a track option in there to find the trainers, but I can't choose any trainers to find them
