Possible cirrhosis with relatively normal blood and US?

39F non smoker previously heavy drinker but now occasional drinker. Drank heavily from 21-35, beer in my 20s liquor in my 30s until I got pregnant pretty much back to back. Completely sober during both pregnancies and breast feeding. I got super obsessed with thinking I have cirrhosis after an extremely low gestational diabetes test google said could be due to liver disease. I also began getting spider veins on my legs. Been to the ER, GP, and GI. Last appt with the GI resulted in pretty normal bloodwork with a slightly elevated AFP tumor marker. Referred for abdominal US. Following were the findings of the US: Mildly turbulent flow of the hepatic veins of indeterminate significance. The liver is otherwise sonographically unremarkable. Unremarkable pancreas, gallbladder, biliary tree and right kidney. GI said I'm completely fine, but scheduled me for retest in 6 months(July 28) for my own peace of mind. My ast/alt was slightly above 1, but both in normal limits, so GI said those were good. Since that last appointment, I've developed stubborn dermatitis/eczema around my eyes and have been bruising a little more easily...more symptoms of cirrhosis. How likely for me to have cirrhosis with pretty normal test results? How long does AFP stay elevated after pregnancy? I was about a year postpartum when I was tested.
