Accidental Bigamy How To Fix

(Georgia) I married my ex in 2015 under the presumption my marriage was finalized. Long story short I left my ex husband in 2011 and started the process in NY well when I was starting a federal job I went to get a copy and I was told it was never finished. So when I found out I divorced my ex husband. Now my ex is threatening me because we have a child and my child doesn’t want to visit him (16). He says he will turn me in for bigamy. Well I thought divorcing my ex would fix it. He says my marriage isn’t even real and posting it all online. My current husband does not want to leave me but fix the situation so an annulment is out of the question. Can a lawyer advise me on what should I do?
