Recently bought a 5070 Ti; looking to upgrade entire build

Build Help

Hi, I recently purchased a brand new, unopened 5070 Ti. I'd like to keep it, but it would mean I have to do a complete rebuild. Would love some feedback on some of the parts I've picked out below. Budget---outside of the 5070 Ti---is ~750 USD, but I have flexibility to go up to 1,000 USD

NOTE: I would like to keep my current M.2 drives (I have two) so I don't have to deal with formatting, transferring data, etc (for now, at least)...so I am open to suggestions on all the other parts. I'm also currently running a dual 1440p monitor setup, which I plan on keeping, too

I'm most interested in performance for longevity in modern gaming; aesthetics, like RGB, are not a priority for me. Extra things like built-in WiFi and Bluetooth are not requirements for me, but I wouldn't mind having them around. I picked out the CPU and motherboard from this bundle on Micro Center, but was going to swap the RAM in the bundle with faster RAM. Thanks!
