Right side of face in PAIN?? Sinus infection?

I'm pretty sure it's a sinus infection but I wanna know if anyone else has gotten it like this before. I use my nasal spray pretty regularly and if i have pain from tension ibuprofen always works. Tonight, the whole right side of my face is in a lot of pain. From my cheek bone to my jaw. i hung my head up side down for a while and that seemed to help for a little while but nothing else seems to help. I will continue to use nasal spay and my acidic acid ear drops. Any other suggestions are very much appreciated.
