Spring in suspension broke. Is the car safe to drive or better leave it be?

That spring in suspension broke (front right) and i have a job tomorrow. I can't borrow any other car so i wanted to know if the car is safe to drive. It's about 50km (about 31 miles) drive. Nothing is sticking out of the suspension but te broken part is loose and making a bit of a noise when driving. Car is also about 5cm lower on the right side. So what do you think? Can i drive it, would it be safe? Thank you for your help.
