Please help! I need baking tools.

I am interested in learning how to bake and would like help with piping tips. Is Ateco better than Wilton? Should l purchase the Ateco set or the Wilton 55pc?

What are the must have tips?

I also need gel food coloring, pans, and everything related to decorating.

I have purchased the Ateco cake decorating stand.

I purchased an All-Clad brand baking set but, it looks like the USA brand pans are better rated amongst bakers. Can anyone confirm?
