Do you guys have goals for entertainment?
I've realized I have little to no attachment to physical objects, my minimalism challenge has been facing my toxic relationship with entertainment.
I've realized how much time and brain power I've lost on Letterboxd, making playlists on Spotify, making to-read lists, and playing random shit on Steam...
I see no issue if I was enjoying the process, but I often stress myself out over stupid self-imposed rules.
I've randomly decided that in 2025 I have to read more than I've read in 2024, and I've been forcing myself to watch/play shit I don't even like that much because I have to keep up with the online discourse, and be "well informed".
I have a significantly harder time letting go of aspirational goals than letting go of physical objects.
