Average Client Phone Call Time?

Curious for all of you that are on business development end of things, or VP/C Suite level at your company where you have direct interactions with your client contacts:

What is your average phone call length with a client? How often do you talk with said client a week? What are these answers for your biggest client, and how much revenue/total loads do you do in a month with that client?

I’m an involved owner of our brokerage and carrier company that has a long term, great book. Outside of board duties, I’m curious because I spend about 3-4 hours a day talking with my book’s two largest clients, which I enjoy a lot but very little of it is work related. If you heard me in the office, as some people do because I’m loud, you’d think I hosted a radio show honestly...it’s been this way for years. Is this normal for the rest of our people who have a client facing role, whether you are a BDR, VP or C Level? For reference, these 2 clients alone bring over 7 figures a month…most of the phone calls loads are coming over while we talk politics or the economy or sports.
