Stretching Plateau??

Hi everyone, I have been stretching my ears for about 3 years and am currently at 28mm. I have been at this size for several months, and my lobes are super healthy. However, every time I have tried to size up to 30mm, my lobes just won't budge. It has been many months, so I don't know why they just aren't ready. Any insight or tips?
