Where to get a sliding bed extender?

I've been to several nissan dealerships and many aftermarket websites. No one ever tells me they're outright discontinued. Just "currently unavailable." I look on Facebook marketplace daily and they never come up. Anyone know any other place to look and try to find a sliding bed extender?
