Is there an equivalent of an adventuring party IRL??

I just started getting into Dimension 20 (BLeeMie is my god and should replace Tr*mp as President). I think it's SO COOL how the characters in the adventuring parties spend time with one another and have fun by going on little quests together. Does anyone know if there's something like an adventuring party I can join IRL?!?! If so, they should totally make a spin-off where the cast members do one too!!!

EDIT: People are trying to tell me that this is just "hanging out with friends"... this is not true and ultimately is ableist. Friends NEVER like one another that much (and I have had PLENTY of friends so I would know)
